Fantastic!! I would LOVE to create something special just for you! Click the "Custom Order Requests" tab under "Begin Shopping" for full details.
Please keep in mind: Custom orders can not be canceled after payment has been received! I also do not accept returns on custom orders! There are no refunds on custom orders.
Won't the oil from the diffuser necklace stain my clothes??
I can not guarantee that the oil you use will not stain your clothes but these are the reason why it should not:
1) You are not using very much oil, only a few drops, so not enough to saturate the stone.
2) You let the oil absorb and dry complete before putting the necklace on leaving no "wet" oil left behind to get transferred.
3) The stone itself is thick enough where the oil shouldn't be able to travel far enough into the stone to come out the other side.
There is no way of knowing how each oil will react to the stone and fabric....though I really wish I could make a "no stain" guarantee :)

I promise I will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information to communicate with you about your order, to fulfill your order, and for any legal reasons that may occur (like paying taxes)
When Will My Item Ship?
After purchase has gone through and payment has been accepted your item will ship within 2-4 business days.
Custom Orders typically ship within 7-10 days after payment is received. Completion and shipping times for custom orders depend on the extend of the order. When a custom order request is sent I will reply with estimated completion/shipping times.
Made to Order items typically ship 5-7 business days after payment is received.

I guarantee the processing times stated above but once the package has left my hands and has entered the land of the postal company, I no longer have control over shipping times.
Returns & Refunds
There are no returns or refunds on Custom Orders items.
My refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days has lapsed since your purchase, unfortunately I can not offer you a refund. Please contact me as soon as possible so any issues can be solved within a timely manner. You can contact me with any questions at email@example.com.
To be eligible for return, your item(s) must be returned unworn and in original condition before any refunds are to be issued. If item(s) is not in original condition when returned, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please note custom ordered items, sale items, and gift cards are NOT eligible for returns.
Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item(s). I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit (minus original shipping costs) will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The credit amount you will receive will be the value of the item(s) only, it will NOT include original shipping costs, taxes, and/or handling fees.
The item(s) must be returned or in transit within 35 days of original purchase date.

You will be responsible to pay for return shipping costs of your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. It may take up to 2 weeks (14 days) to have the returned item(s) received, inspected, and a full return issued.
If you are shipping an item(s) worth $75 or more, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I can not guarantee that I will receive your returned item due to possible loss or theft.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
Refunds take time to process through to your account. I will send an email with the date a refund was released on my end. If you feel the refund is late or missing please take these steps:
*First check your bank/credit card account again.
*Then contact your credit card company, the time it takes for your refund to post differs between each credit card company.
*Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Typically it takes 5-7 days for a refund to be posted to any account. If you’ve done all of the above steps and it has been more than 7 days since my initial email. Please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org, I will begin researching the issue on my end.
If package arrives damaged, the damaged item will be sent back to me within 14 days (2 weeks) of purchase and a replacement or refund will be issued.
If you ever feel a package is lost, inform me immediately! I will approach the post office for information and a discussion will begin about what to do at that point.
If a buyer needs to cancel an order for any reason, please inform me as soon as possible! If the package has already been sent, we can discuss a return at that point. If it is a custom order, it can only be canceled if payment for the order has not been made yet.
I only work with hypoallergenic (nickle free) wire. If you have any questions regarding the wire being used please contact me at email@example.com.
I always use tarnish resistant wiring but your piece may still oxidize/tarnish over time. Try to keep your pieces in a dry/clean location or in a resealable plastic bag to prevent constant exposure to oxygen and moisture. If your piece begins to oxidize simply use a shining cloth to bring it back to life. Since my pieces are design with a rustic attitude your pieces my show more personality if left oxidized/tarnished. Though, keep in mind, the longer you allow them to oxidize the hard it will be to bring them back to shiny condition.
Though most items are waterproof please be conscious of wearing them for an extended period of time in water, showers, around chemical and/or detergents, etc.. These situations my have a negative effect on the pieces appearance. I will not be able to replace or refund a piece that has been altered due to these occurrences.
Do not try to alter the piece in anyway! I am not responsible for items that were broken due to buyer alterations.
